LJE Solutions was established in response to growing client and community demand, with many seeking Lofa for his expertise and experience in delivering major projects.

Lofa Silipa
Co-Founder
Lofa is a natural-born leader with a decade of experience in senior management, delivering excellence across commercial and residential cleaning, facility management, and sectors including corporate, government, industrial, and non-profit. His leadership is built on three unshakable pillars: purpose, service, and integrity.
A former professional rugby player, Lofa brings the same resilience, discipline, and team-first mindset into the boardroom that he once brought to the field. His faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of everything he does. It shapes how he leads, how he serves, and how he shows up for people; not just as the founder, but as a mentor, encourager, and leader.
To Lofa, leadership is never about titles or recognition. It’s about lifting others up, cultivating a culture where every person feels seen, heard, and valued. Whether he’s steering major projects or empowering frontline teams, his focus is always the same: to serve faithfully, remain accountable, and leave a lasting impact on people’s lives.
Jess Silipa
Co-Founder
Jess is also a purpose-driven leader with a heart for people and a gift for bringing vision to life. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Sociology and Criminology, and has dedicated her career to roles that make a difference in the lives of others.
With a diverse background spanning waste management, the not-for-profit sector, and commercial cleaning, Jess brings a wealth of real-world experience to every space she leads.
Her consistent excellence has seen her rise quickly through the ranks, from account management to acting branch manager, always leaving teams stronger and more empowered than when she joined.
Now, Jess has channeled her skills, insight, and leadership into LJE Solution Services, a business built not just on experience, but on values. Above all, Jess is a woman of faith. Her relationship with Jesus Christ is the foundation of everything she does, guiding her with wisdom, grace, and unwavering purpose.
